This draft describes the current website implementation. The operator identity, retention schedule, and privacy request process still need confirmation before publication.
Who is behind PromptLens?
PromptLens is a Yalla Labs initiative. The studio contact is admin@yallalabsai.com. The legal operator name and the mailbox responsible for privacy requests are awaiting confirmation.
Information used for website inquiries
When the live inquiry service is enabled, the pilot form sends your email address, the page identifier, and the type of inquiry. The backend also records an IP address and timestamp. This information supports responding to pilot interest, counting inquiries, and limiting repeated requests.
The current page-view endpoint records the page identifier, IP address, and timestamp to count visits and limit repeated requests. It does not receive the text of your AI conversations.
Services involved
The current deployment configuration uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and a Cloudflare Worker with a D1 database for inquiry and view records. If you email the studio, your message is also handled by its email service. The complete service-provider list, hosting locations, access arrangements, and any relevant transfers must be confirmed for the final notice.
Retention and requests
A retention period has not yet been approved. The reviewed forms code does not include an automatic deletion schedule. Before launch, Yalla Labs needs to define how long inquiry and visit records are kept, how deletion is carried out, and how requests for access, correction, or deletion are handled.
For questions while this draft is under review, use the studio contact. The final notice must identify the responsible operator and explain the request process that applies.
Advertising and future changes
The current PromptLens configuration has no Google Ads conversion identifiers. Advertising tags and related tracking would require a separate review of this notice and any applicable consent handling before activation.
Pilot data is handled separately
The website inquiry form is not a channel for employee usage exports, conversation content, or other confidential data. Data requirements, access, employee communication, and retention for an assessment are reviewed separately before a pilot starts.
